Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Built Different: 6-Day Elite Intensive (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Thoughts Need Company, LLC (“TNC”).
1. Program Overview
The Program includes six (6) days of in-person, high-performance training, including basketball skill development, mindset coaching, recovery sessions, strength & conditioning, and leadership development.
2. Eligibility & Application
Enrollment is subject to application approval by TNC. Acceptance into the Program does not guarantee future placement in other TNC offerings.
3. Payment Terms

The total cost of the Program is $1,800 unless otherwise specified through a written promotional offer.

Payment is due in full upon registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (via Kajabi checkout or Stripe), cash (in-person), or authorized ACH transfer.

Failure to complete payment prior to the start date may result in forfeiture of your spot.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the Program start date to be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%).

Cancellations made within 7 days of the Program start date are non-refundable, except in cases of verified emergency (at TNC’s discretion).

If TNC cancels the Program for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation involves physical activity. By enrolling, the participant (and parent/guardian if under 18) assumes all risks and releases TNC, its staff, and partners from liability for any injury, illness, or loss sustained during the Program.
A signed liability waiver is required before participation.
6. Media Release
By joining the Program, you grant TNC permission to capture and use photos, videos, and testimonials for marketing, training, and promotional purposes, unless a written opt-out is provided prior to the start of the Program.
7. Code of Conduct
All athletes are expected to uphold the values of the PATH Framework — Progress, Awareness, Togetherness, and Honor.
TNC reserves the right to remove any participant for conduct deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or in violation of team values. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Confidentiality & Proprietary Content
All training materials, drills, and frameworks used in the Program are the intellectual property of TNC and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without permission.
