Terms & Agreement

By submitting your contribution to the Jumpstart TNC Support Campaign, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Contribution

Your payment is a voluntary financial contribution in support of the development, training, and mentorship programs offered by Thoughts Need Company (TNC). It is not a purchase of goods or services, and does not guarantee enrollment or access to any TNC product, course, training, or membership.

2. Use of Funds

Your contribution will be used to support:

  • Youth athlete scholarships (including the PATH Scholarship)

  • Gym rental and training facility access

  • Coaching, mentorship, and program delivery costs

  • Content development and technology support for scaling access

TNC reserves the right to allocate funds where most needed within the program.

3. Refund Policy

All contributions are final and non-refundable. If you have submitted a contribution in error, please contact us at [insert email] within 24 hours.

4. Privacy

Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email, or address) will only be used for campaign-related communications, confirmations, and optional donor recognition. We do not sell or share supporter information.

5. Recognition

If you are interested in being publicly recognized as a supporter or sponsoring a specific athlete, you may indicate so at checkout or contact us directly. Anonymous contributions are also welcomed and respected.

Your donation helps launch a movement that’s bigger than basketball — fueling mentorship, elite training, and full scholarships for youth athletes this summer through our upcoming nonprofit initiative: The TNC Foundation.

Every gift goes directly toward:

  • PATH Scholarships
    → Covering the full cost of training for deserving athletes — including private sessions, mentorship, recovery, and recruiting support

  • Gym Rentals + Equipment
    → Securing gym time, training gear, and safe environments for our athletes to grow

  • Mentorship & Recruiting Support
    → Funding 1-on-1 mentorship calls, film sessions, and college readiness resources for under-resourced players

  • Digital Access & Program Tools
    → Building out our online learning platform (TNC Lab) and progress tracking tools to serve more athletes nationwide
