Welcome to Thoughts Need Company, LLC ("TNC"). By using our website, online memberships, or attending in-person programs, you agree to the following terms.

1. Programs & Membership Access

TNC offers in-person training (TNC Academy) and online memberships (TNC Lab). By registering, you agree to use these services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Payments & Renewals

• All memberships are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

4. Digital Product Usage

All online content, videos, PDFs, and training resources are the intellectual property of TNC. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or sell any content without written permission.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Participation in any athletic training comes with risk. By enrolling in TNC programs, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical activity.
• You have consulted a physician if needed.
• TNC is not liable for injuries sustained during training.

6. Code of Conduct

All athletes, parents, and users must:

• Be respectful to coaches and fellow members
• Maintain honesty in their communication
• Avoid sharing login credentials or content TNC reserves the right to suspend access if these rules are violated.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms occasionally. Continued use of TNC services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
